VL bad rear brake hub spines / good drum

I used to be Buster but lost my password and I am now Busterman. I have had problems finding a servicable rear brake drum for my 32 VL. I have three brake drums, one has good brake surface & bad slines on hub and two have rust pitted break surfaces and good splines on hub. Can I successfully swap out a hub with good splines to the good brake drum. Does anyone carry the correct rivet to fasten hub to drum or is there another way to do this. Thanks!! Buster

yes you can swap them
its common practice
if you cant find rivets , just turn them from bar stock
its easy and fast
its only 5 or 6 rivets
