1937 ULH Custom on the road, finally

Hello all:

Long time no post. Well, finished up the Flathead a few months ago and been having a blast with it. I call it 'No. 3.' It may not be for purists, but what the hell. Enjoy.

What a racy looking machine. Its great to see these big flathead motors being put to work. They just look so damn good.

Nice Job! A fine lookin' machine. Ditto Amklyde, it is nice to see these motors out in the breeze. I can see lots of hard work in this creation. Looks like the dual leading shoe front brake. I like the shifter and the pipes too. I'm curious, it looks like you have the repop valve covers, did you have problems with them screwing together properly? I had to recut the threads on mine, they were too shallow where they screw on the tappet blocks.
So, that's 2 for the Empire State, any more good lookin Big Twins lurking out there?

That's a Cycle Electric 12volt, low voltage Gen / Regulator. No issues so far. It's only headlight and tail light, but hey. There's a tiny 12volt battery behind the trans.
