This comes as shocking news to me as I know it will shock you as well. This affects USA citizens only. Read the email I received below. Pa

Hello.

"NOS Parts will close as of tomorrow 14 October 2011.
The owner is no longer eligible to operate a small business in the USA.
The remainder of the inventory will be shipped back to Europe.

We will give established customers the chance to send
one more email order, with 25% discount as a thank you to our customers.
Orders need to be in by Thursday Oct.20th 5pm EST.

Even to us this is somewhat unexpected.
Fortunately Tom has collected some parts over the years,
it will take a few weeks to get organized.
Please watch for updates in the near future.

Thank you.
Tom.

Damn, First 45Depot and now NOSparts. Always sad to see another great suppier leave. Anyone know if this was a state or federal problem? Ohio just can't seem to get anything right anymore. The heart of it all my butt.

We're working as hard as we can to get the new site finished by the end of next week or the beginning of the next.

90% of the data has been input and we're down to just adding the pictures and beta testing the order process.

The site will start with just 45 model parts and we'll be adding other models as fast as we can.

I think everyone will appreciate the new site and how it works. I've taken all of your input over the last 10 years and some ideas I've had from the beginning that didn't have the technology until a couple years ago......it'll be worth the wait.

I'll post on the forum when it's up and running.

The other thing that you don't know is that Boon bought Antique Cycle Supply and is shutting it down too.

Hummmm.

Do ya think that JW is now going to be shipping to the US???

Being in Germany, I am lucky enough to have him close, but....when the wife and I move to Portland Oregon, I sure would like to know that parts are being sent to the US.

Thinking outloud via my keyboard.

George
