7.562 inch (-.020 inch) non-adjustable, special length pushrods for rebuilds. Special length pushrods are available to adjust the available lifter travel. Ideally the plunger of the tappet should be close to the middle of its available travel when the valve is closed. These pushrods may be used to compensate for the changes in rocker arm position due to valve seat grinding, or replacing the valve seats during an engine rebuild.
