S&S Heavy Duty connecting rod sets for Harley-Davidson® Sportster® models are recommended for stock rebuilds and most performance street applications. They have stock wristpin width for use with stock bore pistons. S&S Supreme connecting rods are recommended for the most demanding applications including nitro engines. S&S Supreme rods have big twin width wristpin ends and are intended for engines with bore size larger than 3 5/16".

- Grooved thrust faces on crankpin end of rear rod help maintain lubrication between the rod and flywheel thrust face
- Rod-to-rod clearance accommodates strokes up to and including 5" stroke
