S&S pushrod kit for 1948-1965 Harley-Davidson® panhead engines. Converts valve train to solid lifter operation. Includes all parts needed for conversion: four non-adjustable steel pushrods and four adjustable lifter inserts to replace the stock hydraulic units. Fits engines with 5.530 inch (+.200 inch) cylinder length.
