S&S pushrod kit for 1948 - ' 65 Harley-Davidson® panhead engines. Converts valve train to solid lifter operation. Includes all parts needed for conversion: four non-adjustable steel pushrods and four adjustable lifter inserts to replace the stock hydraulic units. Fits stock 74" engines with 5.330" cylinder length.
