This 510G cam is designed for 1999-2006 Harley-Davidson® big twin models (except 2006 Dyna®) as a bolt in cam for 88 inch, 95 inch and 96 inch engines with compression ratios below 9.7:1.

Intended primarily for stock heads that have not been ported. Can be used with stock springs.

Camshaft set with inner gears only. Installation gasket and hardware kit not included.

Installed 97 SS big bore kit new lifters and adjustable push rods and 510 gear drive cams on my 02 Deuce 88. D&D two into one exhaust with heavy full flow breather. Dyno tested after 1000 mile break in 88 HP and 96 ft. torque. Set up to red line at 6000RPM. My deuce screams from stock 88! Third gear 90MPH I have never opened it up in forth or fifth. I have several buddies riding 96&103's that can't touch this Deuce. All they have done is pipes, breather and stage one download. Next upgrade is a Baker DD6 transmission. My Deuce always out front!

Had 510G's installed@ Krambo's. Had supertrapp true duals,Fuelpak,Screaming Eagle airfilter w/K&N filter.Recalibrated fuel pak was done after install.Very happy with the results!Will add 97"kit later!

I purchased these after my tensioners went bad at 30000 on my Night Train and had Kennedys in Oceanside Ca install them. I did not expect much gain and was amazed, it woke up my bike. I immediately had people asking me what was in it and it is much stronger and louder. Only hear the gear noise slightly at idle. I have this paired with a dynojet kit, hypercharger and Bub pipes.

I kept these cams when I hopped up the 96' in my 2000 RK to a 103'. With my s&s super e and a 2-1 pipe I put down 100hp and 108 ft lbs. These cams turn on early and drop out way after I need them to. Solid cams! thanks S&S!!

i had the 510's put in 01' fat boy with fi back in 04' with a big bore kit with 10.5.1 pistons, head work and a six speed tranny and dyno at 98 hp and 102 ft lb of torq at 5600 rpm set for top end and really runs great till this day very please with the 510's

Glad I listened to Tommy Smith while in La Crosse. I put this cam set in my 99' Road King; it really woke it up. No more worrying about cam tensioners ruining my engine. It comes on like a freight train all the way up to the red line!

installed 510gs about 1 1/2 ago in my 03 roadking I've put 25,000 mile on it since upgrades dual,dyno ect. very pleased I'm gettin ready to install a big bore kit and larger cams thanks s&s

I installed these 510's this past January while installing a 95ci upgrade on my '05 Electra Glide Classic. I haven't had a chance to dyno it yet but it runs like a bat otta hell and sounds great also since I installed a true dual exhaust kit. I'm told I could expect to go from 65hp to somewhere arouund 80hp. It sure feels like it. Great cams. Extremely satisfied.

Just added these cams & gear drive to a 2000 Road Glide with 60,000. The cams were perfect for some two up riding with on exhaust and air cleaner modifications. Hope I will use these in more of my customers bikes from here on out.
