S&S .585 inch lift cam is designed for 88 to 96 CID engines with compression ratios from 9:1 to 10:1 and 100 to 111 CID engines from 9.7:1 to 10.5:1 compression. Provides massive horsepower and torque increases starting at 3000rpm and holds steady all the way to redline. 3500 - 6000 rpm for 88 - 96 inch engines and 2500 - 5500 for larger engines.
Includes 585GPE gear pump Easy Start camshaft set with inner gears for 1999-2006 Harley-Davidson® big twin models (except Dyna®). For use with S&S oil pumps only.
For 1999-2004, these cam are not bolt in and need special springs. These cams are bolt in for 2005-2006 and can use stock springs.
