The new T111 is a powerful yet quiet engine perfect for touring riders. A practical stroke, less aggressive touring cam, and nearly silent valve train create a torquey, smooth power band – making your bike a pleasure to ride for long distances. Lower cost and superior engine life.

S&S does not offer full replacement engines for 2006 Dyna® models, any 2007-up models, or any counterbalanced engines, such as Twin Cam 88B™.

Features and Benefits:

  • Installs easily into stock frames
  • “Square” motor configuration (equal bore and stroke) produces excellent torque, greatly increases engine life, and reduces mechanical engine noise
  • S&S 585GP gear driven cams and lightweight single coil Sidewinder® valve springs further reduce valve train noise
  • Silver powdercoat or wrinkle black powdercoat finish
  • Chrome gearcover and tappet covers
  • S&S Super E carburetor with teardrop air cleaner cover
  • Knock sensing ignition control prolongs engine life by automatically adjusting timing to eliminate knock by learning and storing ignition requirements of the engine
  • Guardian feature protects engine with a 3 step break-in rev-limiter
  • Three-year warranty

Put in my FXDL 1999 a year ago. I made 30,000 kms upto now. Smooth but big toque, 17 kms/ liter of gas at constant speed 120-130 kms/H with Super E carb. I will buy one more for my Dyna Low 2003.

E-Carb is too small to fully "tap" the power of the 4-1/8" bore and stroke. Funny thing is, the mileage is only 30-35 "with" the E-carb. Put a fine-tuned 50mm CV carb on the bad-boy with a real ignition system...and...both POWER and MILEAGE go up substantially. (Why don't you guys offer something similar)?

Cheers,

D-
