Largest bore we feel can safely be used in a cylinder with a stock spigot O.D.
Bolt-on 9 to 10 cubic inches—cylinders do not require crankcase machining to install
Piston weight for 97" & 106" kits are the same as stock, requiring no flywheel rebalancing
Forged coated pistons are compatible with stock or S&S Super Stock® 89cc heads
Valve pocket recessed in S&S pistons are enlarged for oversize valves and higher lift cams
Silver or black wrinkle powdercoat cylinder finish color matches stock Harley-Davidson® finish

SPECIAL NOTES:

S&S® highly recommends installing a performance cam for easier starting and better engine performance.
S&S high flow cylinder heads will provide further horsepower gains and are machined for installation of manual/electric compression releases.
For an additional .2 bump in compression, order .030" thick head gaskets #900-0216 (2 pack). Remember to check your clearances.

Got this 106" kit for my 2009 Road King at a discounted price thru a local Indy Shop and couldn't ask for anything better! I added the S&S ES cams to the 10.8:1 CR set-up, with roller-rockers and adj pushrods. I did all the assembly myself and this motor runs strong and quiet, putting out 118 Hp / 122 Tq SAE smoothly. I can't believe how easily it starts and how cool it runs. The S&S 106" kit was like buying a new bike, but with so much more power!

Arlen ness hiflo arfilter /MOTUL Vtwinn oil since 1000klm's old,
Ar 90,000klm's old had screamin eagle race tuned engine, / my custom pipes / dyno tuned / now I have fitted
The S&S 106 twinn cam kit, and f a r k ,
As I'm just running the motor jn now, there is no easy way to say this ...

Thank you S&S cycles for making a kit n making it easy to fit, now after I run in this cylinder kit, 124ci kit is on my mind, bigger is better,displacement in cubic inches means anything to u - 106ci -pumps traffic-rolls as easy as a T Rex through the forest on two wheels & a F*cking VTwinn
