This new S&S Stealth air cleaner kit for 1999-'06 Electronic Throttle Control Twin Cam 96™ 103™, makes a powerful statement about style and performance. The air cleaner alone will increase 2-4 horsepower over stock. Increase your horsepower to 10 hp over stock with the addition of S&S performance slip on mufflers (sold separately). Comes complete with Stealth air cleaner, and mounting hardware.
