The perfect finishing touch for any stock or custom engines, these S&S tappet covers are CNC machined from billet aluminum. The CNC machining assures dimensional accuracy while the billet material provides extra strength and dimensional stability over a wide temperature range. Unlike cast aluminum, billet has no internal voids or impurities. There's no residual strain from thermal contraction or expansion means no cracking or changes in shape. These are simple to install upgrade that looks great. The tappet guides for special application cases have correct pushrod angles for 1/2" camchest offset. Kit contains guides, o-rings, and hardware. Choose Fitment: 1986-'90 Sportster®, S&S Super Stock® crankcase, or S&S Special Application crankcase.
