S&S introduces a new forged stock bore stroker piston which replaces several cast and forged piston series that S&S previously offered. The new piston can be used in 84" (4 1/2" stroke), 86" (4 5/8" stroke), and 88" (4 3/4" stroke) stock bore stroker engines with stock diameter flywheels. The modern alloys used in these pistons, coupled with the advanced skirt profiles, result in low engine noise and long engine life that could only be achieved with cast pistons in the past.
S&S will fit these pistons to your existing cylinders (when purchasing new cylinders, pistons can be fit to them as an option)

Note: When ordering pistons for a shovel engine, please keep in mind that these pistons are sized by 3 7/16" standard bore for a 74" engine. If using 80" cylinders standard bore is 3 1/2" or
3 7/16" +.060".
