The S&S breather reed valve for 1993-' 99 Harley-Davidson® big twins replaces the standard rotary breather valve. Installation is fast and simple. Remove the original breather gear and insert the new S&S reed valve assembly into the breather valve cavity. No aligning timing marks, and no rotating parts. Standard diameter.

BROKE PLASTIC OEM GEAR IT LOST 3 GEARS IT NEVER DID ITS JOB BEFORE IT BROKE. INSTALLED S$S REED VALVE OIL IN TANK IS AT THE RIGHT LEVEL AND PRESSURE IS RIGHT.

This part combined with a catch can eliminated all the breathing issues on the evo's after they have been bored or stroked. Fantastic add-on. Well worth the money!

i put this in my 98 flhtc doing a total engine rebuild. best thing i ever did.if you are doing a total rebuild install ss roller rockers, ss reed valve ss lifters and thwe ss hvhp oil pump.the parts are a must!
