About The Course
Variable Fuel Injection (VFI) Center Qualification Course
Training for this course is conducted in three phases:
Phase I Prerequisites. The following, self-paced, self-study courses must be completed prior to enrolling in the Variable Fuel Injection Center Qualification Course:
- Tuning the Super E and G carbs
- S&S Quick Set-Up (QSU) kits
- S&S Ignitions
Phase II Preparatory Training. The preparatory course is a self-paced, self-study course designed to cover all of the material necessary so that you can come to our training facility and concentrate on hands-on training. This training includes the following modules:
- History of Fuel Injection
- S&S Fuel Injection Systems
- Component ID
- Pro-Tune II Software
Phase III On-site Training. This training is conducted at our La Crosse, WI facility over a period of two days and consists of the following classes:
- Introduction to Fuel Injection
- Pro-Tune II
- Dyno Tuning Lab
- Dyno De-Bugging and Trouble-shooting lab
