S&S introduces the 4" Race Tour mufflers for 1995 – 2012 Harley-Davidson® touring models.
These mufflers are designed for maximum power and are louder than our other muffler offerings for baggers. Choose from show chrome or Jet-Hot® black ceramic finish, and either all steel mufflers with a slash cut end or mufflers with alloy end caps. End caps are available in chrome or black Xylan® finish. Race Tour mufflers designed for alloy end caps are sold without the end caps so you can select the mufflers you want and match them up with your favorite end caps. You can also change your mind and switch them out to suit your mood.
FITMENT
- 1995 - 2012 Harley-Davidson® touring models with non-catalyst mufflers (except 2010 Road Glide® and Street Glide®)
- 2009-’12 Tri Glide® models with non-catalyst mufflers

…supports the idea that “less is more”. Understated coolness in chrome or high-temp black Xylan® finish make these a great choice for any style of bike. End caps and mufflers are sold separately so you can easily mix and match your own unique style.
S&S Sculpted End Caps…
…are the big brother of the popular alloy end caps introduced in the S&S 31/2" mufflers. A sensuous styling statement for your bagger. Available in show quality chrome or high-temp black Xylan finish. End caps and mufflers are sold separately so you can easily mix and match your own unique style.
Slash Down All Steel…
…is a great looking muffler and an economic alternative to mufflers with alloy end caps. Same sound, same performance, just less cash. Available in show quality chrome or Jet-Hot® high temperature black ceramic coating.
The black finish offered on the S&S Race Tour mufflers is a high-temp ceramic coating by Jet-Hot®. We chose Jet-Hot because we think they are the best in the business. To prove it, Jet-Hot guarantees the finish for life! If the finish discolors, peals, or blisters, just send the part to Jet-Hot and they will re-coat it at no charge.
