Black S&S SPO® Touring Mufflers

The S&S SPO mufflers have been one of our most popular touring mufflers for a number of years. They look great, sound awesome, and what more could you ask for? Black finish? OK, you got it! The new black SPO mufflers feature chrome alloy end caps for a subtle bright accent without being over powering. In addition, chrome plated and black Xylan® coated replacement end caps are now available, so you can change your look if you change your mind.

Black S&S 3.5" Round Touring Mufflers

Another popular line of touring mufflers is the 3.5" round Power-Tour series. We’ve selected the two most popular mufflers and created versions with the Jet-Hot black finish. There are round black mufflers with chrome alloy end caps and all steel mufflers with slash down ends. Get the same sound and performance, but you don’t actually need to wear the sunglasses.

S&S Power Tune Duals Header with Black Heat Shields

Because of its style and power, the S&S Power Tune Duals header has been very popular with performance bagger enthusiasts. Now they're available with black heat shields, finished with the same Jet-Hot process as our black mufflers. Since the heat shields have 220° coverage, they create a black exhaust system. In fact, if you already own a set of chrome Power Tune Duals, we offer the black heat shields separately, so you can switch to commando mode with very little effort or expense. Same hidden crossover and pipe routing that takes the heat off your passenger. You still gain up to 8 hp over stock headers. You just lose the glare.
