S & S
Cycle has a self-funded medical plan administered by Midwest
Security Administrators. To best serve our employees, we currently
have two
PPO plans to choose from: Midwest Preferred and Alliance.
We offer a very “rich” medical plan, at an affordable
cost to the employee, with clinic office calls and wellness benefit/well
child visits at just a $10 co-pay to the employee.

| Prescription
Drugs |
Medco Health
administers our prescription drug benefits. Retail pharmacy co-pays
are $25 for
a 34-day supply of brand name drugs and/or $10 for a 34-day
supply of generic drugs. In addition, we also offer mail-order
drug prescriptions
for employees taking maintenance drug(s). A 90-day mail-order
supply of brand name drugs is a $50 co-pay and a 90-day mail-order
supply
of generic drugs is just a $20 co-pay.

| Dental
Insurance |
Delta Dental
administers S&S Cycle’s dental plan. Employees covered
by the dental plan have their preventative check-ups covered at
100%. Basic restorative
work is subject to a deductible ($50 - $150 per calendar year,
based on coverage elected) and then covered at 80%. Major restorative
work
is also subject to a deductible and then covered at 50%.
The dental
plan includes orthodontia and is covered
at 50% with a $1000 lifetime
per insured limitation.

| Vision
Insurance |
S&S Cycle
offers vision insurance through Vision Insurance Plan of America,
Inc. (VIPA).
Through VIPA, those insured may receive a free eye exam, a pair
of frames (up to a $70 retail value) and a pair of standard clear
glass,
or plastic, single vision lenses per calendar year through an
in-network provider. Contact lenses are also available in lieu
of the frame and
eyeglass lens benefit.

Cycle Term Life Insurance

S&S Cycle
automatically insures all of its “regular” employees
with term life insurance equivalent to two times their gross annual
earnings. For example, if
an employee grossed $30,000 a year, that employee would be insured
for $60,000.

Cycle Accidental Death and
Dismemberment |
S&S Cycle
also provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance in an
amount
equal to the basic term life insurance. In the event of accidental
loss of life, limb, etc., this coverage would pay in full or
in part depending
on the loss incurred.

| Additional
Life Insurance |
Additional life
insurance is also available to employees to buy-up through Unimerica.
Employees may buy-up to 5 times their gross annual earnings.
Spousal and dependent life insurance is also available. The amount
of spousal
life insurance the employee can purchase may not exceed 50% of
the amount of additional life insurance the employee has elected
on
him/herself.
The amount of dependent life insurance that the employee may
purchase ranges from $1000 to $10,000.

| Universal
Life Insurance |
Universal life
insurance is yet another additional life insurance policy available
to the employee
to buy-up. Unum Provident provides this universal life insurance
benefit.

| Short-Term
and Long-Term Disability |
Unimerica administers
our short and long-term disability insurance. Should an employee
become ill or injured, the short-term disability insurance would
take effect
on the eighth day of the illness or injury and continue up to
26 weeks. This benefit pays 60% of the employee’s weekly
wages while on leave. Long-term disability takes effect on the
180th day of the illness
or injury and continues as long as you are disabled, limitations
apply. Long-term
disability
pays up to 60% of your gross monthly earnings.

| Cancer
Insurance |
S&S
Cycle offers two different cancer insurance policies through
American Fidelity. The first is a pre-taxed benefit that would
pay the employee
a daily hospital benefit should the employee, or his/her elected
family members, be hospitalized due to a form of cancer. The
second is an after-tax benefit that would pay the employee a lump
sum
of money should the employee, or his/her elected family members,
be
diagnosed with cancer.

| Medical
and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts |
Employees
may elect to set aside pre-tax dollars into medical and/or dependent
care flexible spending accounts. The medical flexible spending
accounts is essentially a “savings” account for expenses
incurred that are not covered by the medical plan, such as the
deductible,
co-pays, etc. The dependent care flexible spending account is
a tax-deferred “savings” account
to help pay for dependent care expenses.

| Aggressive
Pension and Profit Sharing Plan |
S&S
Cycle offers an aggressive profit sharing plan administered
by US Bank. S&S Cycle will contribute an automatic 10% of an employee's
gross fiscal wages, with a variable 0-15% into the employee's retirement
fund. This makes a potential retirement contribution from S&S at
25%!

Assistance Program |
The Employee
Assistance (EAP) is sponsored by Gunderson Lutheran Business Health
Services.
EAP is a free, confidential program designed to assist employees
with all types of problems ranging from depression to marital and
financial
difficulties to family conflicts, alcohol and drug problems and
work-related issues.

| Tuition
Assistance |
Tuition assistance
is available to employees seeking to better themselves. All courses
must relate to the employee’s current position, assist
in development for future advancement within the company or lead
to a degree that
is related to the employee’s current or future job assignment
within the company. Employee’s involved in the tuition
assistance program must receive a “B” average or
better to receive 50 percent tuition and books reimbursement
by the Company upon completion
of the course.

Discounts |
Regular employees
of S&S Cycle receive merchandise discounts on motorcycle
parts and apparel.

Holidays and Vacation |
Holidays
S&S Cycle employees receive 6 paid holidays and 2 floating
holidays per calendar year. The Company designates
the two floating holidays each
year.

Rider’s Course Certification |
S&S
sponsors the Experienced Rider’s Course (ERC) to add
value to our riders and the testing programs with which many
of those
riders are involved. The ERC ensures each participant’s
introduction to advanced riding techniques and provides a controlled,
structured
environment in which to practice those techniques.

| Cash
Bonus Program |
All “regular” employees
of S&S Cycle are evaluated on their job performance on a
yearly basis. All positions at S&S Cycle have a “position
class”.
The bonus potential for an employee is based off of his/her job
performance and the position class that correlates to his/her
job. Bonuses are
usually paid out in November. Below, is the bonus potential for
position classes 1 through 5.
